Our lovely ladies are having a Christmas in July High Tea Fundraiser on Tuesday 25th July, 11am within the Maroochydore Funky Op shop, Norval Crt, Maroochydore. Tickets are $15/person.

I would like to express a huge thank you to Robyn Woodrow our guest speaker sharing her story regarding her journey with Ovarian Cancer. We had a lovely morning overlooking the lake, socialising over a cuppa and some delightful treats while in the process raising $355, well done to the lovely ladies who attended this event.
I would also like to thank our mini stall holders Donna, Nicole, Cherie, Helen, Debbie and Sandra for joining us with their lovely products and donating the raffle prizes. Also many thanks to the Brightwater staff for their hospitality and Byron Bay Tea for their contribution to our morning.

A huge thank you to our Beautiful You Charity Op Shop Maroochydore Volunteers. Especially Mary Tidey for her baking and sidekick Christine Rule for their extra work of organising special morning teas throughout the year.
On the 16th February they organised a morning tea to recognise Ovarian Cancer Month where they decorated our tea room with touches of teal and encouraged their customers to wear it as well to show support to those touched by Ovarian Cancer.
Due to the organisation and dedication of these two ladies the sum of $270 was raised and of course those ladies attending the morning tea took away some great buys from the shop, as well as winning prizes in the raffle.
The ladies are now on their next mission with the fun of Easter, on Tuesday 11th April, 2017. Cost is $15 per person, and bookings are filling up fast for their Easter Bonnet High Tea. If you are interested please call 5443 4646 as soon as possible if you don’t want to miss out on a seat.
